Density built from very fine extensions

In a volume set, your artist builds a fan of several extremely fine extensions and attaches the whole fan to one natural lash. Because each individual extension is far thinner than a classic one, a complete fan weighs about the same as a single classic lash — which is how the set achieves real density without loading the natural lash. The result is a dark, full lash line with depth rather than just length.

Who this service suits best

It is the answer for sparse lashes, where a classic set can only ever be as full as your own lash line allows. It is equally the answer if you simply want a dramatic result. Volume is also the most effective set for gaps, since a fan covers considerably more of the lash line than a single extension can.

What your appointment looks like

This is the most technically demanding set we offer. Each fan is made by hand during the appointment, then bonded to an isolated natural lash — the work is slow and precise, so the appointment is our longest. You lie with your eyes closed throughout, and most clients sleep. Fan size and weight are matched to what your natural lashes can carry. The $50 deposit applies toward the $190 total.

How the results wear

Three to four weeks, thinning gradually as natural lashes shed. Keep all oil away from the lash line — it is the fastest way to break down the bond — and avoid rubbing your eyes or sleeping face-down. Volume sets refill well because fans can be rebuilt exactly where density has been lost. Book within two to two and a half weeks, up to seventeen days inclusive.

Questions we get asked

Is a volume set heavy on my natural lashes?

It should not be. The extensions used are far finer than classic ones, so a whole fan weighs about as much as a single classic lash. Your artist chooses fan size around what your lashes can carry.

Will it look artificial?

That depends on the fan size and curl chosen, not on the technique. Volume can be built soft and dense or full and dramatic — tell your artist which end you want.

Should I choose volume or hybrid?

Volume for maximum density and coverage, especially with sparse lashes. Hybrid for texture with a lighter, less uniform finish.

How often are refills needed?

Every two to three weeks, booked within seventeen days of your appointment while enough fans remain to build on.
