Classic and volume, mixed deliberately

A hybrid set combines single classic extensions with handmade volume fans across the same lash line. The classic lashes carry the length and definition; the fans fill the spaces between them. Mixing the two produces texture and depth that neither technique achieves alone, and the deliberate irregularity is what makes a hybrid set look fuller without looking uniform or heavy.

Who this service suits best

It is for clients who found a classic set slightly too understated but do not want the density of full volume. It is also the most forgiving set for lash lines with uneven gaps, because the fans can be placed exactly where coverage is missing. If you like a textured, slightly undone look rather than a perfectly even lash line, this is the one.

What your appointment looks like

Your artist decides the ratio of classic lashes to fans while working, reading your lash line as it fills in rather than following a fixed plan. Fans are made by hand during the appointment. You lie with your eyes closed throughout; it is longer than a classic set because of the extra construction. The $50 deposit applies toward the $170 total.

How the results wear

Three to four weeks, thinning gradually as your natural lashes shed. Keep oil away from the lash line, avoid rubbing your eyes, and try not to sleep face-down. Hybrid sets refill well because the fans give your artist flexibility to rebuild density where it has been lost — book within two to two and a half weeks, up to seventeen days, for the best result.

Questions we get asked

Should I choose hybrid or classic?

Choose hybrid if a classic set would feel too subtle for you, or if your lash line has gaps that single extensions cannot cover. Choose classic if you want pure definition with nothing added.

Is it heavier on my lashes?

Volume fans are made from much finer extensions, so a fan weighs about as much as one classic lash. Your artist chooses weights your natural lashes can carry.

Does it look obviously done?

It should not. The mix of single lashes and fans creates deliberate irregularity, which is what keeps a fuller set looking like hair rather than like a strip.

How often do refills need to happen?

Every two to three weeks, and within seventeen days of your last appointment while enough extensions remain to build on.
