Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 12, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Karpusha Beauty ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you visit karpushabeauty.com (the "Site"). Booking and payment are handled by our scheduling provider, Vagaro, on its own platform and under its own privacy policy.
Information we collect
We collect two kinds of information:
- Information you provide — when you book an appointment you are directed to Vagaro, where you may enter your name, email, phone number, and payment details. That information is collected and processed by Vagaro, not by this Site.
- Information collected automatically — like most websites, we collect limited technical and usage data through cookies and similar technologies: the pages you view, how you arrived at the Site, your approximate location (from your IP address), and basic device and browser details.
Cookies and tracking technologies
We use the following tools to understand how visitors use the Site and to measure our marketing. They may set cookies in your browser:
- Google Analytics 4 — measures site traffic and how visitors navigate the Site.
- Meta (Facebook) Pixel — measures the performance of any advertising we run on Facebook and Instagram and helps us reach relevant audiences.
How we use information
We use the information described above to:
- operate, maintain, and improve the Site;
- understand which pages and services interest visitors, and where our visitors come from;
- measure and improve our advertising; and
- respond to inquiries you send us.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with the service providers that help us run the Site and our marketing — currently Vagaro (booking), Google (analytics), and Meta (advertising) — and only as needed for them to provide their services. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights.
Third-party services
The following third parties process information on our behalf. We encourage you to review their privacy policies:
- Vagaro (booking and payments) — vagaro.com/privacypolicy
- Google Analytics — policies.google.com/privacy
- Meta (Facebook & Instagram) — facebook.com/privacy/policy
Your choices
You can:
- adjust or block cookies in your browser settings;
- opt out of Google Analytics with Google's browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout;
- manage ad personalization in your Facebook and Instagram ad preferences.
California privacy rights
If you are a California resident, you may have the right to request access to or deletion of the personal information we hold about you, and to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information as those terms are defined under California law. We do not sell your personal information for money. To make a request, contact us using the details below.
Data retention
We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy. Analytics data is retained according to the default settings of Google Analytics and Meta. Booking and payment records are retained by Vagaro under its own policies.
Children's privacy
The Site is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
